An expanded foyer and relocated staircase create a spacious formal entry and improved flow. The addition of 974 square feet on the main floor allowed for an expanded living room, dining room and kitchen. Two additional bays of attached garage, a new wine room and 50 square feet to the upstairs main bath were also added.

Glass stairwell walls allowing flow of light, black walnut detailing and 12 inch wide white oak plank flooring are some of the unique finishes incorporated into the new design.

To increase energy efficiency all exterior windows were replaced, the building envelope was upgraded; high velocity dual zone HVAC and hydronic radiant multi-zone heated floors were installed with modulating boilers.
